Dynasty Management Consulting has partnered with the Pre IPOMarketplace to offer pre IPO investment services for Dynasty Management Consulting clients. Pre IPOMarketplace is a premier private equity firm that specializes in Pre-IPO investments that offer its partners the opportunity to invest in high-growth companies like Impossible Foods and SpaceX before these companies go public.

Pre IPOMarketplace will act as the manager of Dynasty Management Consulting investment club funds. When a company in which you’ve invested in goes public, Pre IPOMarketplace will work with Dynasty Management Consulting brokerage account custodian to transfer the shares.

After the shares have been transferred to our fund, Dynasty Management Consulting will work with its clients to either sell the interests in the open market and send our clients the proceeds, or work with our client brokerage account custodians to transfer the shares.

Getting Started

Dynasty Management Consulting's pre IPO investment club is open to the public and all current clients. Diamond Elite members get $250 discount ($500 discount at renewal) while Diamond members get $150 discount ($300 discount at renewal).

In order to join Dynasty Management Consulting's Pre-IPO Investment Club clients must purchase a membership within the Pre-IPO Investment Club (click here to access our subscription plans on our Store Page). After purchasing and securing your seat, a Dynasty Management Consulting representative will invite you to Dynasty Management Consulting's group investment platform (Tribevest). Once you accept the invite, you are in the club! You then only need to make your first investment (no minimum investment).

The underlying companies do not allow ownership to be transferred until there is an IPO, this is why the investments are structured this way.
